Shipping policy

Please know that we DO NOT have control over your package once it is received at the post office. With current circumstances, the USPS is often experiencing delays and many packages are arriving late or not being scanned at each location. Please continue to check your tracking, and know that we do not have any additional tracking information on our end. Unfortunately, everything is out of our control once USPS is in possession of your package and Marie & Company is NOT responsible for lost or delayed mail. Each package is shipped via the method that is paid for by the customer at checkout. As always, thank you for your continued support of my small shop!
