RETURNS: Exchanges will be accepted, for a shop credit in the amount of the subtotal paid (BEFORE SHIPPING). All exchanges must be sent back to us within five business days of receiving. Shipping charges will be the customers responsibility. Please note: sale items are final sale. We cannot change or alter any order after it is placed. Our turnaround time is up to 7 business days. If a wrong item is sent, please keep the packaging from your order and email us for a prepaid shipping label. Use the original packaging to ship the incorrect items back to us. We will get your correct order out once the package is delivered. Please note there are no returns/exchanges headwear due to sanitation issues. **All sale and discount items are final, no return, exchange, price adjustments or cancellations. They are also subject to limited availability. Please note, returns are only accepted for items purchased at full price, this excludes items purchased from sales or any other purchase made with a discount. We strive to send out orders within 7 business days of ordering. Please note this does not include shipping times.
